Gulf Cycling Challenge is operated by Mestaria Consultancy L.L.C, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, licence 1121786. Mestaria Consultancy L.L.C decides how the details you share here are used.

What we collect, and why.

Only what you enter in our form:

• your name and email address;
• if you choose to tell us, what you want to do with Gulf Cycling Challenge (ride, partner, host, tell the story or follow);
• for riders, the country you would ride for and your level;
• for partners, your organisation and your role;
• for governments and federations, your country, your organisation and your role;
• for media, your outlet and your role;
• any details you add.

We use these details to reply to you and, if you choose, to send you updates about Gulf Cycling Challenge. We record when you signed up and the wording you agreed to.

Who handles it for us.

Trusted service providers that host this site, store your details, send our emails, keep spam off our forms and count visits without cookies. Some are outside the UAE; each is bound by a data processing agreement.

How long we keep it.

Form messages for 24 months; mailing-list details until you unsubscribe.

Your rights.

Ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw consent, at privacy@gulfcyclingchallenge.com. You may also complain to the relevant UAE data protection authority.
